The range of high performance brake pads has been developed and planned by Brembo exclusively for racing, to offer maximum performance in the toughest races: better control during braking manoeuvres, stability of the braking system, reinforcement of braking power,
resistance to high temperatures and reduced wear.
These brake pads use the special Brembo Racing Z04 compound used in the Superbike and Supersport World Championships and now available for road bikes. The main characteristics of this type of material are high friction and consistent performance, especially at high brake disc temperatures. These characteristics guarantee excellent and uniform braking throughout the race and reduce the likelihood of the fading effect occurring. For this reason, performance at low temperatures takes a lower priority and these pads are therefore not suitable for road use.

M497Z10 = new compound from Brembo 2021! Suitable for the new M4 radial monobloc series brake calipers from Brembo
with original brake pad Brembo-No. 07BB3793.
Brembo developed this compound Z10 for very high demands on the race track as a supplement to the well-known Z04
pads, which are still the reference in professional racing. Particularly suitable for track-day use and also the
semi-professional racing.
This compound Z10 is available for various original brake calipers of the new series - sport machines.
